AuthAlert provides a service that instantly identifies new devices accessing user accounts and sends alerts via API, email, or webhook. This service is designed to enhance security and build trust by integrating seamlessly with your existing systems and allowing for customizable security measures.
2. Your Responsibilities
By using AuthAlert, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and managing your account.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and ensure they are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
- Ensure that all

values sent to AuthAlert are securely hashed and do not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) or plaintext data. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violating any data privacy laws or engaging in fraudulent activities.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Subscription and Billing
- Flat Fee: Your subscription plan includes a fixed number of API calls each month. The specific pricing and limits for each plan are detailed on our Pricing Page.
- Overage Charges: If you exceed the number of API calls included in your plan, you will be charged an additional fee per call, as specified on our Pricing Page.
- Billing Cycle: Payments are charged at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month’s service. Any overage charges incurred during the month will be billed at the end of the month.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing plans and associated costs at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new pricing.
3.2 Payment Method
- Payments must be made via credit card. We use a third-party payment processor to securely handle all transactions.
3.3 Late Payments
- If payment is not received by the due date, your account will be considered overdue. A late fee may be applied to overdue balances, and interest may accrue at a rate of 1.5% per month until the balance is paid in full.

- The data stored is solely used to provide the services described in this agreement and is not shared with any third parties except as required to process payments or as mandated by law.
7. Liability, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
- AuthAlert is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranties as to the results that may be obtained from using the service.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall AuthAlert, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:
- The use or the inability to use the service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
7.3 Indemnification
