3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription and Billing

• Overage Charges: If you exceed the number of API calls included in your plan, you will be charged an additional fee per call, as specified on our Pricing Page.
• Billing Cycle: Payments are charged at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month’s service. Any overage charges incurred during the month will be billed at the end of the month.

• In no event shall AuthAlert, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
